We are always keen on developing and implementing modern facilities for improved quality.

Quality Testing: All the incoming materials are checked for metallurgical properties, strength, dry film thickness test for paint quality, thread pitch and gauge test, penetrant test for welding, boiling water tests for plywood, impact test etc.
Press Machines: High precision Press brakes, shearing machines, Hi-tech Roll forming machines cater to the demand and timely requirements of pressed and rolled components for the body fabrication
Body Fabrication: The Bus body is fabricated using specially designed jigs and fixtures for greater accuracy and precision. The steel parts are first fabricated on jigs/fixtures and combined forming mother part and then mounted on the chassis for further process like forming parent part, panelling (interior & exterior), trimming and painting.
FRP Unit: The in-house FRP unit facilitates in faster deliveries of the fibre items, The FRP unit has highly skilled technicians and mould making facilities to meet the demand for mass production and custom designed exteriors and interiors of buses
Paint Booth: The modern paint booth and highly trained technicians produce high paint finish to the buses with excellent and superior quality.
Leakage Testing Facility: The buses are subjected to rigorous water leakage test from sides and roof under 2.5 bar pressure for about 15 minutes in the shower testing booth.
Seat Manufacturing Unit: The latest pipe bending machine and equipped tailoring section cater to the latest designs and fabrication of passenger seats for mass manufacturing and custom designed vehicle.
Pre Delivery Inspection: The buses are subjected to a rigorous pre-delivery inspection like road test, noise test, stability and other trials before the buses are delivered.
