Position : Sr. Business Development Executive

Objective Summary:

  • To be responsible for all activities related to marketing, sales, brand building etc.
  • To identify the customer requirements, cater to customer needs and wants, to ensure customer satisfaction there by retaining customers
  • To brand and market vehicles of Kondody Autocraft  India Pvt Ltd among customers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans that will maximize profits and growth opportunities in the market. To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
  2. Work within a teaming environment comprised of marketing, Business Development and Brand Building and to ensure that only the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
  3. To be responsible for brand building of Kondody Autocraft India Pvt. Ltd.
  4. To acquire Strong knowledge on the Company marketing products and good awareness about the statutory laws related with the  product.
  5. To be responsible for the preparation of company brochures and its updation from time to time.
  6. To prepare a monthly plan for the coming month by 25th of every month and get it approved by the MD.
  7. To be responsible for the preparation of customer data area wise and category wise.
  8. To be responsible for the timely follow up of enquiry generated through direct, customer care and  from other sources.
  9. Based on the monthly plan- prepare plan for daily, weekly, monthly visit schedule for corporate, educational institutions, private bus operators etc. and get the approval from the top management
  10. To visit the customer as per the approved visit plan , understand the actual requirement of the customer
  11. To understand the correct requirement of the customer in the initial talks and  then detail about the product, Price, customization and quality of our service within statutory compliance  frame and  also to clarify doubts if any
  12. To visit  the customer in the scheduled  date for further follow up and closing of enquiry  after detailing  the delivery terms, payment terms and Approx. date of delivery etc.
  13. To verify the daily activities and report of the Customer care Executive and then send the review report of the same to MD on daily basis.
  14. To coordinate with OM and PM for timely delivery of the vehicles as per the scheduled date. Any deviation noticed, to be intimated to MD for correction
  15. To be responsible for the right feedback of the existing customer and it’s reporting to top management with suggestion for improvement if any.
  16. To bring at least two vehicles per day, which should  includes 15  new vehicles other than the existing customer
  17. To be responsible for achieving monthly targets effectively within the set budget. Weekly basis review of the target and action plan to cover up the shortfall in the following week and finally to ensure 100% achievement of target.
  18. To follow up and retain existing customers.
  19. To involve in the analysis of orders taken.
  20. To send daily report of activities done to Operations  Manager &MD
  21. Marketing/ market report shall cover;
    • Achievement of targets
    • New market information 
    • Customer requirements
    • Changing trends
  22. To attend weekly meeting with top management and review the status to ensure the right track and maintain minute’s book.
  23. To attend monthly meeting and review the performance and maintain minute’s book. If needed make necessary changes to the plan with the approval of top management.
  24. To achieve sales targets given by top management from  time to time.
  25. To review the activities of customer care executive and report to  the Top management on a daily basis

Educational Qualification: Degree/MBA
